KAYUN Family Park — A new kind of playground, opening 2027.
KAYUN Family Park is a free-entry, invitation-only playground opening in 2027 on a terraced hillside in Mas Village, Ubud — built by BALI SAUNA (PT Dymaxion Sauna Fairys), the team behind BALI SAUNA + KAYUN HERBAL STEAM in Ubud and BALI SAUNA + HOKKAIDO ICEBATH in Kuta. The centerpiece is a 10-meter net watchtower with one entrance and one exit, visible from a parent lounge below. Membership works through an official app, already live on iOS and Android — register, invite two people, and your membership becomes lifetime free.
You came to let the kids play. Somewhere along the way, you stopped watching the clock.
That's the place we're building — on a stepped hillside above the rice fields of Mas Village, Ubud.
The watchtower
A 10-meter net tower stands at the top of the terraced grounds. One entrance. One exit.
From the parent lounge below, you can see the tower door and the rice fields at the same time. You don't have to get up. That's the most important thing we designed.

Most playgrounds ask parents to trail their kids from station to station — a slide here, a swing fifty meters away, a climbing frame behind a hedge. The layout forces you to keep moving, keep scanning. Here the geometry does the work instead. Everything climbs toward one tower, and the tower has one door. Sit where you can see the door, and you can see everything that matters.
Kids play. Parents rest.
No entry fee. Order a drink, spread out on the grass, lie back.
While the kids are working their way up the UBUD SLIDER for the fourth time, you notice you've been sitting still for an hour. No guilt. They're having the best afternoon of the week.
That's the idea. Not an educational space. Not a supervision exercise. Just a place where the kids are genuinely occupied, and the parents can stop performing.

There is a version of family travel where the adults come home more tired than they left. We have watched it happen on our own terraces — parents arriving at the Ubud sauna after three days of managing everyone else's holiday, shoulders up around their ears. The park is our answer to the same problem, one generation down. The kids get a hillside. The parents get an hour where nothing is asked of them.
A jungle lodge for families
Deep green, brown, and sand — three colors, nothing louder. Wood, canvas, rattan, grass.
The Bali sun is strong. Shade matters here. Checkered sand canvas panels run across the park — that's the physical reality of "a place parents can rest."
The borrowed view is rice fields, palms, and jungle. That's the best thing this park has. Not the equipment.

Mas Village is carving country — the road through it is lined with workshops where wood has been worked for generations. The park borrows from that too. No molded plastic in primary colors. The materials are the ones the village already knows how to keep alive: timber, woven rattan, canvas that softens the light instead of blocking it.
The third place from BALI SAUNA
BALI SAUNA (PT Dymaxion Sauna Fairys) runs two venues where adults recover through heat and cold: BALI SAUNA + KAYUN HERBAL STEAM in Mas, Ubud, and BALI SAUNA + HOKKAIDO ICEBATH on a rooftop in Kuta.
KAYUN Family Park works differently — the method is "a safe garden where kids go off on their own." But the thing being offered is the same: a place for adults to recover.
Tall trees stand at the center of the grounds — the same kind of shade you find at our Ubud venue, where the herbal ritual happens. Sitting under them with a coffee feels a lot like the quiet after stepping out of the sauna.

Opening 2027 — invitation only
KAYUN Family Park opens in 2027.
In the lead-up, membership is invitation-based. Each member gets two invite slots through the official app. When both are filled, your membership becomes lifetime free.
A managed guest list isn't just logistics. The park has no entry fee, but it won't be open to everyone who shows up. A crowded park is a park where parents can't rest. The gate exists to protect the quiet — it keeps the place uncrowded, and worth coming back to.
The app is live now
Ahead of the 2027 opening, the KAYUN Family Park pre-membership app is already available on iOS and Android.
What it does is simple. When you register, you get your own personal invite code. You can invite two people — friends, family, whoever. When both complete their registration, your membership becomes lifetime free.
That's it. No complex tiers, no subscriptions.

How to sign in
- Apple Sign In (iOS)
- WhatsApp verification code (Android and iOS)
A 6-digit code arrives via WhatsApp. Registration takes a few minutes.
No invite code?
You can join the waiting list inside the app. When invite codes become available, you'll hear from us.
There's a reason to do this before the gates open. Pre-members will be among the first to receive invitations when the park opens in 2027. If you already have an invite code, register now — the two invite slots are yours from the moment you're in.
Until then
The park is a 2027 story. The saunas are open today.
Both venues welcome kids from age 7 — entry for children is 50,000 IDR, and the full price list is on our prices page. If you're wondering how a family visit works in practice — what to bring, how the ice baths are kept, whether you need to book — the FAQ covers most of it. Short version: no reservation needed, and all plunge water is chlorinated and managed daily. We'd rather say that plainly than not at all.
In Ubud, the dome runs at 90°C, with plunges at 17°C and 5°C, a fire pit, and the apothecary shelf of Balinese herbs. Doors open daily 8:00–21:00, entry 250,000 IDR — one price for everyone — WhatsApp +62 813-3921-110. In Kuta, the rooftop dome runs 80–95°C with four individual ice baths, daily 9:00–22:00, entry 250,000 IDR, WhatsApp +62 813-3999-351.
Come sit under a tree at the Ubud venue sometime before 2027. It's a preview, in a way, of what the park is for.
