Make your own herbal löyly
At the entrance, a shelf of seventeen small jars of dried herbs: kayu putih, lavender, frangipani, rosella, butterfly pea and more. Pick what you like and pack your own tea bag with your own hands. It steeps strong while you shower and change - about 10-15 minutes. Then carry it into the dome and pour it over the hot stones yourself. Free for every guest.

Sweat in the 4-metre dome
A 4 m geodesic dome at 80-90°C, with sauna stones from Mount Batur. The benches are deep - sit cross-legged or lie down, whatever feels right.

Go cold - 17°C or 10°C
Two big cold plunges beside a great tree covered in monstera. Start with 17°C; when you are ready, try the one at 10°C. The water is chlorine-sanitized and checked daily.

Lie down in the Amethyst Herbal Steam
The deepest room on the grounds. One whole wall is made of amethyst, and herbal steam from a distiller flows in the whole time - stone, herb and water, the old way of healing. Lie down and breathe.

Rest by the fire
A fire pit and infinity chairs, with beanbags and ordinary chairs too. Nothing interrupts the quiet of the forest.

Stretch, then walk among the plants
Yoga classes run for 150,000 IDR. Herbs and monstera grow all over the grounds - walking around the plants is part of the visit.
