A big geodesic dome sauna at 80-90°C. The stones come from Mount Batur. The benches are deep - sit cross-legged or lie down, any way you like.

02 · Rosemary Löyly
Breathe the rosemary löyly
Kuta's löyly is a single-herb tea - rosemary and friends. Poured over the hot stones, it fills the dome with a bright herbal scent. Breathe deep, then step out into the breeze on Bali's highest rooftop. As the sweat cools, your head clears with it.

03 · Ice Bath
Take ice baths at your own pace
Four individual tubs: two at 17°C, two at 10°C. One person per tub - go as cold and as long as you like. The water is chlorine-sanitized.
