Hokkaido Icebath

The geodesic dome sauna runs at 80-95°C. The bench is deep. Whatever posture you like. Outside, four individual cold plunges. Two at 17°C, two at 7°C. You go at your own pace.

What happens on the rooftop

After the cold plunge, the U-shaped beanbags. You lie down and the sky is right there. Someone is lying next to you, and someone next to them. The layout means your eyes don't meet. You talk only when you want to. The evening sky turns orange. At night, there are more stars than you expect.

Fischers Table is on the same rooftop. A proper Japanese restaurant. You can eat right after the sauna. If you want to stay longer, Warung Shisha. Shisha smoke and sky. You don't leave the rooftop. Sauna, food, the night — all of it stays up here.

10 minutes from the airport

Hokkaido Icebath is 10 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport. Some people come straight from arrival, before the hotel. Some come right before their flight out.
